Help?! What is this

So my period started Saturday and it’s Thursday today, my period starts heavy then fades off. Right now it’s almost done but I have still been using larger tampons, when I just took the tampon out this was on it.. is this okay?? I usually have a lot of blood clots and idk if that’s healthy or not.. I’m not or birth control to control my period even though it gets super heavy and gives me very bad cramps. Can someone help me and tell me what this is?!
