No. I use Olly hair skin and nails vitamins. It’s just biotin and they taste good. There’s plenty of vitamins you could take. Those are not good.

All vitamins work— they take at least 3 months to get in your system since your body flushes most of the vitamins out. Those who use constant heat on their hair and say their hair doesn’t grow.. is not realizing that their hair is growing, the ends are just breaking off.
