Sex problems?

I have hypothyroidism and hashimotos, which I believe effects my sex drive. I’m only 22 and have no drive, I can’t stay wet during sex, and a new obstacle now is I’ve just recently gotten my IUD out due to pain and hormone imbalances it was causing with my thyroid disease. My boyfriend and I are now using condoms as our man form of birth control. He does like them, we’re both okay with it though. As long as I’m getting my disease balanced we’re using condoms.

Although, I have a problem getting in and staying in the mood, he is younger (19) and can go for hours. I can’t find a happy medium. Please help! Any advice?
