I feel like I’m overreacting....

I’m 30 weeks 1 day pregnant. I feel like baby has been less active today. I was nesting earlier so my husband and I cleaned our hallway closet because it’s been bothering me. Well this evening I’m sitting here and she’s barely moved. We had dinner, showered and now I’m sitting here and still barely anything. She’s lightly moved 3 times this past hour. I drank some orange juice and that normally gets her moving but only those few light movements. What do I do? I don’t want to rush to the hospital for no reason but I don’t want to ignore her seemingly decreased movements.... PLEASE HELP!
