Labeling breast milk?

Just curious to see if there's a particular way to label breast milk aside from the date that it was pumped? I've seen some women that put a lot of info on the bags and wasn't sure if it's normal procedure or not. 😂 
I never kept up a massive supply with my first, usually pumped just enough for a bottle so i could nap and have someone cover that feeding or something, so its all kind of new to me now 10 years later. 😂😂

I just follow the prompts on the storage bag: date, amount, and time (AM/PM). Totally up to you. :)

Some people note if they were sick for the added antibodies, but whatever works for you.

I use the pump app and label my bags with the oz, date and the batch #/bag #. I do 50 oz batches so it helps me keep track of what I have. It’s up to you though. I attached what the pump log shows & that’s how I label the bag minus time.

I put my daughters name, number of oz, date and time. My daughter goes to daycare which is why I think her name is important, the measurements on bags are way off so that’s why I put number of oz, date and time so I know how old the milk is.
