Went in for the first ultrasound yesterday to see baby #4. I had been having a strong gut feeling it was twins and had dreams about them but brushed it off thinking yea no way it’s twins. I have wanted twins my entire life since my grandma and her sister are identical twins. But baby 1 and 2 were singletons and baby 3 had a blighted ovum (empty sac) in the womb with him. So I thought well there went my chance of twins. And I had become ok with not having twins lol I only wanted 4 kids my whole life so we tried for baby #4 and god laughed and said here is 4 and 5. We will get more testing done soon to see what type they are. She didn’t get pictures of the placenta so no idea if it’s two or one. We are still in shock! We have 3 little boys so hoping for at least 1 girl or both girls 🤣! We told our 8 year old last night and he goes omg you’re giving me a sister I laughed and said bud there are two babies and we aren’t sure of the sex yet. His eyes got massive! And said I hope both are girls! We told our 3 1/2 year old that mommy was having two babies and he goes “oh cool” “I love babies”! Lol yea he doesn’t know 2 more babies are fixing to invade his personal space 😂😂 he does absolutely love babies tho! So now we will have 3 kids under 2 when these babies are born! Our youngest is just now 10 months old. Send prayers lol because this moma is scared and nervous but over the moon happy! Due date is Sept 14th :)
