I told my husband after I got a significantly dark line on a test and once I got together a few items to make a little announcement for him 😊 I think it ended up being the first day of my missed period, so around 14 dpo. We had an early miscarriage a few months before so it was really hard for me to tell him before I knew for sure everything was fine, but I also wanted to make sure he knew so if I miscarried again I wasnt telling him that I am miscarrying in the same breath as him finding out I was pregnant. We are now 11 weeks 2 days pregnant and saw bub on ultrasound on Tuesday and everything looked amazing! I finally can breathe knowing my kiddo is safe and alive inside.

I had him take a look at the test right after I was in denial I was actually finally seeing 2 lines.

Right away with both pregnancies.  I've seen stories of women waiting like almost a month because Christmas... personally i couldn't imagine waiting to tell my partner something so important  but everyone is different.

The first one he was standing right there when I peed. Haha. The second, was more of a surprise and I wasn’t sure if it was a viable pregnancy, so I chose to wait until after the first appointment. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My last 2 pregnancies I found out right before a holiday, so I waited to tell him on those days. It was Christmas (which I lost 😖) and then Father's day.

I’ve always told him immediately, but I’ve never gotten a “very faint line”. I’ve always gotten a digital positive on the same day as my first BFP which is what he likes to see lol. If it was a very faint line I’d probably wait a day to see it get a bit darker.
