Allergic reaction to Dreft?

My MIL bought Dreft Scent boosters for us and I loved the smell so I put a small amount in my daughter's laundry. A few days later she has a rash all over her belly. I tried to get in touch with the pediatrician but it took them 2 days to contact me. She was happy and smiling and didn't seem to have any discomfort. I rewashed all of her clothes and blankets in All Free and Clear and the rash has started going away. I put hydrocortisone on it as well and within a couple hours it almost completely vanished. Since I have given her a bath and put lotion on her and no reaction. I'm almost positive it was the scent boosters because that was all that I had changed. Anyone else have an experience like this? I have 2 large jugs of dreft that I got from baby showers. Should I swap it out? I have used Purex Baby, Purex Free and Clear and All Free and Clear with no reaction. I'm just afraid to use Dreft now.
