Little white head on lip

I’ve searched everywhere from google to this app trying to find an answer but I can’t find anything! Today I woke up and there was a very very small white head on the middle of my top lip towards the right side, i squeezed it and a bit of white pus came out. My lip hasn’t been tingling or itching nor do I kiss/share drinks/food with anybody. This happened to me once before and the small bump just went away. Has anyone had this happen to them or know what this could be? I know we don’t have follicles on our lips so i’m so confused. Also i think it’s important to note that I might have fordyce spots on my lips, maybe that’s a factor?
