Auto Immune Disease

Any other mommas out there with an auto immune disease? I recently got diagnosed with spondyloarthritis and I’m struggling! I have three kids and I am just in so much pain and so tired! My rheumatoid doctor wants me to start Humira or Enbrel and I’m nervous of the side affects, plus I’m still breast feeding and I do not want to take medication while doing so. I am open to any suggestions or advice.. my feet and SI joints are my biggest issues. Thank you so much!
