Lost Sleep-Anxiety
In the last couple of weeks I’ve had really bad anxiety in the mornings around 4-5 AM. I’m normally woken up by an anxiety attack. I already purchased a weighted blanket and that seems to help me sleep but doesn’t actually prevent me from waking up every morning at 4 freaking out. Any suggestions?
Side note: I am prescribed medication for my anxiety already
