Meditation exercises?
So sometimes I get really stressed out to the point where I feel like I’m going to break. Are there any mediation exercises that you guys do that help?
I’m looking for ones that I can do in the restroom at work or in a car, also for ones where I have time to take any extra steps. Meditating helps me so much but I’m running out of exercises to help me. I’d appreciate it and I thank everyone n in advance.
**BTW it doesn’t necessarily need to be meditation. Anything that helps you calm down and relax will be appreciated, thanks!
