Baby diaper smells fishy?

Just woke up and got my little changed and her diaper/urine smells extremely fishy. I know this can’t be normal. Help? She’s 5 months

Could be a uti or yeast infection

My girl smells from time to time after getting up- the pee was sitting in there so you gotta figure it’s going to smell. It always goes away after I change her. If it continues get her checks but if it goes away it’s probably fine wait until her next appointment to bring it up
