Cold sore or pimple?

Question

Everyone is telling me this is a pimple. I’m not convinced. There has been some tingling and clear fluid drainage and crusting. I have no idea how I would’ve gotten it. My technician has had them but I haven’t shared anything with her. Can cold sores be transmitted thru the use of telephones?  It’s beginning to move to my upper lip in the same area as the lower.

Looks like a cold sore, they’re very very common. Buy Abreva and Lysine ointment (you can get it at target) and it’ll help a lot

Cold sores are stress-related!  Stress can mess up your immune system.  Take L-Lysine; I get cold sores even before I take a picture.  I’m so stressed out that I’m going to look like shit! I end up with a cold sore.  ￼￼😂  Anyways, take it for a year, and you’ll never get one. If they come back, then continue to take it.

Most people contract Hsv1 (cold sore) virus as kids. It’s likely that’s how you got it and didn’t show symptoms till now, if it’s a cold sore. The only thing you can really do is see a doctor.

Well you didn't mention the tingle last time. I change my first reply...its a cold sore hun. Have to tried abreva and stopped the other stuff you were initially using? Try your best to least it alone, not touch it and keep you hands clean.

Probably cold sore. Ive gotten them since I was young. Not fun ... go to your dr. They will give you the magic pill that kills the virus and it will heal MUCH faster. They will probably also give you a refill so if you get one again you can take it right away. Seriously .... i waited way to long to go to my dr about it ... and i will never not have a bottle of that stuff on me just in case I feel a tingle.
