How do I get baby to sleep? FTM

My LO is 8 weeks old. He hasn’t been napping much all day (despite being tired. ) he only slept for 30 minutes at most about 4 times. Usually it’s 2 or so hours. Now it’s bedtime and he just finished drinking a 4 oz bottle and then some more from mommy. We put him down in his bed, 5 minutes later he’s crying for more.

I’m trying to feed him from me, but he won’t take it. He just screams at my nipple. He won’t take his binkie either. The only thing soothing him now is holding him in my arms.

How do I get him to sleep?
