Will my stomach go down some right after birth?

I know it takes the uterus some time to shrink down. But I also have to think without a baby in there it has to go down some? Anyone have pictures of right before delivery and right after?!

It will look a lot smaller, but you'll still look like a mostly deflated balloon because of the extra skin and still big uterus. Like, you'll def be able to see your feet and knees again haha

Everyone is different, it depends on how much weight your gained and your genes. Personally I lost pretty much all of the weight in my stomach immediately after birth, my skin was still slightly stretched but it does tighten back up in time.

I looked like I was probably 20 weeks pregnant right after I had my son. 
Breastfeeding helps contract the uterus tho so if you breastfeed it’ll bring it down quicker.

I had my daughter on 1/24, and then the after pics are 3 days postpartum on the left and 2 weeks postpartum on the right.

I was totally back to normal in a couple months

2 days after! You can still see how bulged out my belly was 2 days after!

You will definitely see a difference right away but it's not going to disappear. It's just more soft and squishy as apposed to when the baby is inside your tummy making it firm and less pliable. I still needed my maternity pants too wear when I left

When they broke my water (I had unholy amounts of fluid) my stomach was smaller. It was crazy. After I had her it was still “puffy” but not protruding like it was.
