Frozen breast milk reheated
I know frozen breastmilk is good for about 24 hours once the last ice crystal has melted when thawing in the fridge. However, if I take frozen breast milk and put it straight into a mug of hot water to thaw, does the 24 hour rule still apply since it's been warmed? Would it be bad to put the milk I don't use in the fridge and use it later that day? I can't figure out how to word this question for Google lol. Thanks!
