You are looking at different wipes. The sensitive ones are more expensive no matter what. So if you found the sensitive ones at Walmart it would be the same way. My babies have super sensitive skin so I only used the non-scented sensitive ones until they were a year or so. But that’s just me. Now I buy the cheaper box you have pictured.

One is scented and one isn’t. The unscented one is also hypoallergenic and mostly water, would work best on sensitive skin. Check the ingredient list for both!
