Swollen Urethra?

Ugh so this is weird. I noticed I was having a lot of discomfort down there so I grabbed a mirror to check things out. Well! My urethra (I hope that's the proper term??) is quite large and puffy. I did have a bit of bleeding earlier, but thought it was my period coming. Could it be a UTI? Any thoughts? Going to the clinic tomorrow. I've had a bit of cramping which I feel might be connected. Doesn't burn when I pee or anything like that.
