Anyone ever heard of having a tear in the placenta? Apparently I have a small one and I’m on mild restrictions, suppose to rest and not be on my feet as much as possible, no physical activity, no sex. Suppose to watch for bleeding and cramping. And if I have any signs of anything to call. I’m so worried/scared. Apparently this can happen and they typically heal on their own. But I’m thinking the worst and it’s driving me to have bad bad anxiety. I have a ultrasound to get it looked at tomorrow and I’m a nervous wreck. I also had some fluid around the sac they want to look at, idk if this has anything to do with the tear or not. I made the mistake to do some reading on google and I’m freaking out bad! Im worried about being out in bed rest when I have a 16 month old that I stay home with. I’m also looking forward to the warmer weather where we can get out and do more and I’m so worried I won’t be able to. Has anyone experienced this as well? Please give me some insight
