Pregnant with an STD

I’m 5 months pregnant and just found out I have chlamydia and they gave me a white pill that tasted like grapes and it’s days later I’m still not feeling better all the symptoms are still there except the yellow discharge.... is there a chance it didn’t work and it came back? Have not slept with my SO since I found out he gave it to me so not sure how reinfection works and I’m so scared...
