Cutting out dairy
I’m breast feeding my little 5 month old. She’s been having some issues and my doctor recommended I try to cut the dairy out of my diet.
I know the obvious things but I also know there’s dairy in a lot of things that aren’t so obvious.
Can anyone provide advise, tips, suggestions?
My big things are like cheeses , butter, baked goods. Dairy free options for that stuff ?
