Weight loss help

Please help. I’m 24, and I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was like 10. Fade diets, gym memberships, personal training, eating disorders. Nothing has ever worked for more than a couple pounds. My whole family can lose weight and work out, eat cleaner. I’ve done the works of dieting while working out, count calories, keto, pills. I have a wedding in a year, and I promised myself I would loss weight for prom, then for college, another wedding, the new year. I just want to feel confident for once, I don’t want to be scared to try in dresses or hide in the background of photos. Can anyone give an advice on their own habits?
