i didn’t pee at my first visit because i literally couldn’t and they just told me they would get it at my next appt.

i didn’t have to go my last appointment and didn’t know that they were gonna take my urine so i peed as much as i could and it was like maybe a quarter of the cup but they still took it anyways, they said that was good enough

I am given a cup every time, and they let me to come in already, with my FMU in the cup. So I do it at home, before I go to a visit.

If your in the waiting room just ask the receptionist if you have to do a urine sample and if so can you do it now?
