Can I get pregnant?

I’m 21. Healthy 5”4 185. I’ve been trying since 18yrs of age. And please don’t judge. Have had a period since 10. Always have had safe sex protected and unprotected. Wondering what my possibilities are? I’m currently late by 4 days with my current relationship and we’ve been TTC for a while. Had a Faint Line yesterday on the PT retesting in a few days. Oh and my periods never late by 4days which is my cycle. also have never been on BC
