What helps with dizziness in first trimester?

I just found out I was pregnant 4 days ago (FRER) and since then I’ve become so incredibly dizzy. This is my second child and I had dizzy spells with my first, but NOTHING to this level. I’ve basically been dizzy the past 4 days. It’s worse in the morning, peaks at about 11am, and slowly lessens throughout the night but never actually going away.

Is there anything that can help with this? I feel absolutely useless right now, especially for my son - he’s 2 and a half.

At first I thought that maybe I wasn’t eating or drinking enough, so I woke up and chugged a glass of water and ate food, but my dizziness is still climbing and I’m not sure what I can do to help this.

Any help or tips are greatly appreciated!
