**updade***Sooo confused?!! Mama’s Help me out pleasee 🥴

Okay sooo i had my period January 24,2020 and it lasted 4 days which it was pretty normal for me (it was 3 days late) but i was also taking the pill. Within those 3 days of being late i did take a pregnancy test that was negative so i assumed it was just cuz of my birth control pills... now fast forwarding to yesterday i woke up from a nap felt bloated which i havent felt n a long time and decided to take a test and it was a faint POSITIVE but very noticeable..

I am very shocked and dont really know if im actually pregnant or miscarried, is it possible to get a positive test 2-3 weeks after a period i am so confused!! Can someone shine so light on this PLEASEEEE 😩😩
