Has anyone had this problem?

When I breastfeed with my left breast everything is fine and comfortable but for some reason my right breast has always been really painful. I noticed that there is a vein that you can see that goes horizontally through the areola above my nipple and it seems like the pressure of my babies mouth pressing down on it when feeding causes me a lot of pain. I notice after if I touch the vein very gently it is sore to the touch too. I’ve also recently developed varicose veins on my breast around the outside as well. I don’t believe it’s a clogged duct or mastitis because I don’t have any other symptoms but I honestly want to stop feeding from that breast because it is so sore. Has anyone had this happen? Is there anyway to make feeding less painful when you have a vein that is right there that the baby pushes against when feeding?
