Potential delayed implementation bleed

So I had my dating scan today and a 2cm implementation bleed was discovered. Whilst they said if it does happen to become dislodge it won’t affect the baby or pregnancy in any way but still to get check if I do end up bleeding. I am finally starting to feel interested in having sex again with my partner now I’m in my second trimester, what are the chances of cause the bleed to happen as a result of any sex we have? Has anyone had this before? Think if I have sex and it causes bleeding even though I might expect it it will freak me out. My next midwife appointment won’t be for 3 weeks...
