14 month old cutting 4 teeth has fever 101-102
My daughter has always gotten a temp of like 100 when she cuts a tooth but they’ve all come in one or two at a time. Now she has her bottom molars and her top canines coming in all at once. She has been running a temp of 101-102 that comes back down to normal with Tylenol and has no other symptoms of being sick. Just wants cold soft foods/liquids. The internet says a temp this high isn’t teething but my mom gut keeps thinking I should just wait it out... what do you think?
