Little cuts down there?

I keep getting what looks like little cuts down there, but then the next day they’re gone. Then I’ll be fine for a few days and then I get another one, and then it’s gone by like the next day. They’re a little uncomfortable but I wouldn’t say they are painful. I went to the gyno today and he said he sees no sign of infection. But hours after I left I got another little cut. What’s going on???? Has anyone ever experienced this.

(I also did a genital herpes test and it came back negative)
