43 day long menstrual cycle but no period???? 10 days late

This is day 43 of my cycle phase. Got my period the last couple months like clock work. We are actively ttc but I’m 10 days late now and no sign of af. Scared to test bc I tested at 7 days late and got a bfn. Any advice?
