Hi all! I am getting an IUI done tomorrow, unmedicated with frozen donor sperm. Any advice for making it stick??? I have heard that avoiding ibuprofen and eating a fatty meal can help. Also orgasming before/after. Anything else? Thanks in advance. 🤞
