On pd. for 4 days and got positive pregnancy test

Hello! So some back sorry. Had a miscarriage Nov. 30th and got my period 4 weeks later. We didn’t try in January and my cycle was 3 weeks long. We tried the last cycle and I ovulated on day 14 but got my period day 21. I’ve had the flu for a week now and today I was feeling dizzy and nauseous. I just thought well let’s just take a pregnancy test so I can confirm and low and behind it’s positive. Do you think that could have been a chemical? I’m on 25 of my cycle. Could I have an ectopic? I have been on a legit period, not light at all but not heavy either.
