Just a friend appreciation post

I met this guy a year back and he’s to only one who ever noticed whenever I was withdrawing due to my depression despite only seeing me 3 times a week at school. He’d ask me if was okay once or twice and I’d usually just say I’m fine so he’d leave it and for the rest of the day he’d try and cheer me up. He’d make me laugh and encourage me to join in to conversations. However I ended up getting kicked out from my school because of my low attendance, he moved away to university and I never got a chance to say thank you face to face. To tell him that he was literally a bright light and he deserves the world. I think about him all the time whenever I’m down and it always brings a smile to my face. Hope to see again soon
