FTM eczema? Allergies?

My son woke up tonight for a feeding and I realized his cheeks are red. I will be calling the doctor in the morning but in the mean time was wondering if anyone’s little ones have had something similar?

Mine had been getting like that lately sometimes. I think it's chapped from rubbing drool all over his face from constantly having his hands on his mouth. Maybe try putting some lotion or Vaseline on it.

My dr told me that it was baby acne, it would go away well I had a different feeling about it got some aveeno eczema lotion its oatmeal night time balm and it cleared it up within a week if using it.

Use a washcloth and wipe with water not wipes.

My Son now 2 he had that till he was 1 it went away I just didn’t use wipes with sent on his face or lotions

Looks similar to my sons drool rash - basically from having a wet face all day. I saw my pediatrician today and he recommended aquaphor or cerave. We’ve been using Vaseline though and it’s helped!

That's not eczema :) my boy always has it after dribbling or getting milk everywhere!
