Help me?

So long story short I had a boyfriend, and we broke up on 18th of January around like 10am and I left his house after us having sex he said he didn’t want to be with me because I’m to younge for him mind you we were together 3 years & I was 17 and he was 26. I’m 22 now and he’s 31, “Dave” and me were together from age 15-16. His father recently died & that’s how we got back in contact. Never sexual not until I got broken up with. Anyway... “Bob” said he wanted someone new. But already has a 9year old daughter.

I had my period from the 4th to 9th of January, my ovulation date was from the 15th to the 21st and I ovulated on the 20th.

I got pregnant somewhere between the days of my ovulation, but here’s where it gets Juicy

The day that me And my ex boyfriend let’s just say “bob” broke up I contacted my one ex boyfriend before this one let’s say “Dave” and we ended up having sex on the 18th around 11pm that same day, and the 21st, I looked at my ovulation and I was only at 8% on the 21st. And on the 18th I was at 27% But he pulled out. . Me and my ex-boyfriend “Bob” who just broke up had sex a couple days on my period like on the 7th & 8th and He did ejaculate me a few times, we had sex the 10th the 12th the 13th the 14th and 15th and 18th but he pulled out....

I don’t know who the father is and I’m very confused. The doctor says I am five weeks pregnant, so I’m trying to find out when my conception date was. Or when I could’ve gotten pregnant or who the father is I don’t want to tell any of them that I am pregnant because I don’t know who it is and I don’t want to be looked at as a slut or anything and I don’t know what to do with the child....
