Anyone else 21+ weeks and have cramping where you get period cramps and it goes around to your back? It’s worrying me. It’s not painful but it’s irritating. My lower back has also been sore all day. I’m not really cramping now and my lower back is okay for the most part..

There's alot more of it to come I'm sorry, it's ok and normal the body is stretching and growing and you'll get all sorts of aches and pains and cramps I'm 31weeks and 4 days and it's still getting worse from since I was 20+ weeks. I'd be concerned if the cramps were really painful but it seems your body is just going through the natural stages of pregnancy

Personally I would call your OB. I had something similar and it turns out I have IC and ended up delivering at 20+3

I've had cramping like this on and off. I'm 26+1 now. Just think its stretching and adjusting for the baby taking up all the room in there
