Does anyone have any experience with this?

Im 12 weeks right now. I have a large size blood clot between my uterine wall and the baby’s placenta. Dr said It’s abnormal to have one this large at this stage in pregnancy and all we can do is monitor and pray that my body absorbs it or that it miraculously somehow gets smaller. If it continues to get larger it will cause the placenta to detach and baby to pass away. Just looking for other examples of this as I’m trying to keep the faith but also want to prepare for the worst if need be.
