Pelvic floor
So I’m curious about strengthening my body postpartum. I was told to just do kegels by my dr office. But not given any other instructions or books or anything. I didn’t even know what a kegel was😅, I had to look it up via Pinterest when I got home. But I wonder how many of you have seen a pelvic floor specialist after baby and if it’s worth it?? What do they have you do?
