Nasty toes ?

Does anyone else have horrible un kept toes, clipping them kills me , I work on my feet a lot for years my jobs have always been standing walking feet sweat or wet during the shift , I have ingrown toe nails on my big toes my pinky toe nail is now the shape of a U and Idk what to do at this point when I get insurance I’ll get the surgery if I can which I’m so SO SCARED for how was it for you guys if you had that ? Is there anything I can put on them they are like gray and THICK prob a fungal infection or so just feeling hateful towards my self i started getting my feet together but after I got pregnant I stopped and after the baby I just never tried. I’m sorry for this gross ness I just feel so disgusting luckily my fiancé isn’t leaving me 😂
