You're supposed to take prenatals starting 3 months before trying to conceive, while you're trying to conceive, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I was already on them because I miscarried in November and doctor told me to continue to take them . I stopped a lil over a month later and started back during my fertile window !! Now I’m 6 weeks pregnant 💓
