Subchrionic hemorrhaging

I’m pregnant with my third and I’m 7 weeks. My nurse told me I had subchrionic hemorrhaging and there’s a chance of bleeding through the first trimester. I haven’t yet so far but she said there is a chance. She said no sex until I see my dr for my first appointment. I was stupid and had sex this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ Is there any chance I made it worse or did anyone still have sex with the hemorrhaging and turned out ok?
