Birth control Pill bleeding??

So i am on the pill, since september 2019 and i dont skip the few pills that are supposed to give me my period at the end of each pack. right now im in the middle of a pack, not supposed to get my period for another 2 weeks ish, but when i go to the bathroom to pee and i wipe theres a little bit of (what looks like) period blood on the TP but none in the toilet. help??? advice??
