mastits clog not clearing?

i was diagnosed with mastitis a couple days ago. got antibiotics & have taken tylenol to help with fever & body aches (which has REALLY helped out).. i’ve been trying to feed & pump to empty, i’ve also done hot showers, warm compresses & massages on & off for days. the clog itself has moved but is now closer to my areola so its difficult to massage while baby feeds or when im pumping (since its covered by the flange).. now i feel like it isnt clearing? and baby isnt really able to get milk out. even pumping & hand expressing gets very little.. any ideas to help move the clog??? i’m seriously struggling right now 😩
