Sorry for the TMI pic but it is important

I'm 40 weeks pregnant. Had a membrane sweep done friday, bleed and spotted but spotted stopped yesterday. Had some EXTREMELY painful contractions all day. They have been happening off and on all about 6-7 min for literally hours, all day long. I have started bleeding again now and its mainly dark pink but its also red. On Feb 2 i went in to be monitored because i was having some insane back pain and they wanted to make sure everything was okay. Well on the paper they sent me home with it said to come in if the contractions were 5 min apart, if my water broke or if i was bleeding like a period. Do you think this is something i should call them about? See if they want me to come in? I think my cervix has been dilating and thats why im bleeding because the contractions have been severe. I was at a 4 on friday so im starting to worry a bit that maybe im dilating a lot and that i wont get to the hospital in time.
