Gained 25 lbs in 25 weeks!
Hi ladies! I gained 25 lbs and I’m in my 25th week of pregnancy. I really don’t want to end up gaining 40+ lbs. I did go overboard on the sweets for a while.. lol. I don’t look huge but my thighs, butt and arms do have a little extra on them. Does anybody know if it’s alright for me to eat maybe 1800 calories a day as long as I eat 25+ grams of fiber, 70+ grams of protein and get enough of the recommended amount of vitamins in my diet?
