Should I just get a breast reduction and a breast lift?

Question

So the first photo is me in high school senior year (2017) ( I am in lingerie)  
Second photo is current, I always wanted to get my breast done because I am very self conscious about them... I honestly think they are gross... I have gained weight from my birth control but I've lost weight as well and my boobs have not yet changed 
I just want a C cup with no sag

I think a lift and a small implant to add fullness might even work for you.

Girl you are a babe! You're all natural and look amazing as is! A real good push up bra will do wonders. A good man will love you just the way you are! If getting a reduction and lift will genuinely make you feel better about yourself and you're 100% just doing it for yourself then go for it but you definitely dont need it!

If you’re self conscious about them then go for it! It’s super important to love yourself and if a reduction will give you more confidence then I don’t see a problem with it. My only caution would be to truly make sure that’s what you want. A surgeon will tell you what they recommend for your desired look, but make sure you understand what they’ll be doing and how your breasts will look after. I’m also very self conscious about my breasts and I completely understand how you feel. It’s so hard to look at them everyday and not wish they looked different. I think you should do a consultation and then decide if it’s still something you want to do. Good luck!

I voted yes, because you want to do it, and I think you should do what will make you feel good. All boobs are good boobs, I don't think you need to change them to make them good, but I totally understand wanting to change them to be more comfortable in your own skin! You deserve to feel confident!!💖

I was a G! On a very small frame! I went down to a D and I do not regret! I was 23 when I did it :)

Have you had kids yet? I would wait until you have kids. Guys love boobs no matter what...just know you will end up with huge scars from a breast lift

Do whatever makes you happy. I'm 22 with a G/H cup and I've seriously thought about getting a reduction and lift down to like a D. I already have back pain so.

Your boobs look incredible but if you're self conscious go for it - maybe consider going down to a D not a C - I'm a 34 C n my boobs are not big at all so it might be a shock going from such amazing big boobs to much smaller ones :) But I'm sure a plastic surgeon would be able to give you a good idea of what they'll look like before any procedure.
