Preeclampsia?

I should start off by saying I’m 35.5 weeks along.. will be 36 weeks Thursday. I have had great blood pressure my whole pregnancy. The last two days I have had a slight headache behind my eyes. Nothing major at all, but I also had a little bit of blurred vision this morning too. I rubbed my eyes and it would go away but it lingered on and off for a couple hours. I also was a bit short of breath last night. I’m wondering if this is end of pregnancy symptoms or signs of preeclampsia? I have my 36 week checkup Wednesday and will mention to my doctor. But I’m curious if my blood pressure would’ve been high at some point in my pregnancy and if my headache would be way worse if I were to have it. Can it even develop this late in the game?! Help! lol so many question.
