FTM Weaning

So, we are 18 & 1/2 months strong. I want to make it to two years, but my mental health needs to be my priority.

If I switch back to my old medication I cannot breastfeed. It makes me very sad thinking about it, but it may be for the best for everyone.

Anyways, here I am at a loss on how to go about weaning my daughter. She only nurses twice a day currently (morning & night). But tonight she was screaming/crying/throwing a tantrum because I wouldn’t give her the boob right then. It lasted 15ish minutes and I felt bad but it wasn’t time for bed yet and she gets fed right before bed.

Any advice on how to help her accept that she won’t get the boob anymore? 😔😔😔
